No, but we are constantly adding inventory to our online store, but some of it is only available in-store or via Instagram. If you see a piece you are interested in on Instagram, please respond directly to the story to inquire about price and shipping.

Shipping

You can contact us at (210) 428-3475 if you’d like to cancel your order BEFORE it is shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

For US shipping, we charge a flat rate of $15. This covers shipping, insurance on your package, and signature delivery to ensure your items arrive safe.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days unless otherwise noted on our site. Note, all orders are shipped from San Antonio, TX. Delivery dates may vary based on your locations.

We ship all orders in cardboard boxes or padded mailers via USPS to ensure safety. 

Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. If you are an international shopper, please contact us at rubyroadgems@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping and sales.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. These items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a different item or store credit. The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging.

If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Custom or personalized pieces, items marked as final sale, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Any items that show wear or damage may also be non-refundable.

  • Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
  • Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are typically ready 24 hours after the order has been placed, with some exceptions. You will receive an email from us when the order is ready to be picked up.

All pickup orders are available at the Ruby Road Gem's storefront located at 503 Avenue A Suite 1115, San Antonio, TX 78215.

Our store hours are:
Mon - Fri, 11:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday, 10:00am - 8:00pm
Sunday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Items ordered online for pickup will be held at the store for 7 days. Please contact the store at (210) 428-3475 to make arrangements for a longer hold period.
