Ruby Road Gems offers free shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat $15 shipping fee, which includes package tracking and insurance.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted on our website. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
In-store pickup is always free for our local customers. Please note that not all items listed online are immediately available to view in-store. If you would like to see a specific item before making a purchase, please call us ahead of your visit so we can confirm its availability.
